For Rent: Villa Soleemare is a two-family property with independent entrance and is located in the residential complex of Cala Corallina, near Porto Cervo Marina, immersed in luxurious Mediterranean vegetation sloping down to Cala Granu, one of the most enchanting white sand beaches of the entire Costa Smeralda. Villa Soleemare offers its guests a splendid view of the sea and enjoys excellent privacy and silence. It could very well be defined as a "pied dans l'eau", because from its private garden, through a gate it is possible to directly reach a wonderful beach. It also has a private covered parking space.

Interior:

The Villa is on three levels. The entrance on the ground floor gives direct access to the living room with fireplace (ornamental), the dining room and the kitchen. From the living area you have access to the large panoramic terrace with sea view furnished with dining area, living room and barbecue. Also on this floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Through a staircase, from the living room you reach the first floor consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace also with sea view. Through an external staircase, you go down to the third terrace of the property equipped with a Jacuzzi facing the sea. On this same level and with access from the outside, there is a third double bedroom, also with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Park:

The private garden measures approximately 1000 m2 and extends over several terraces until it reaches the beach of Cala Granu. The main part is the large panoramic terrace furnished with a dining area and living area. Going down an external staircase you reach the terrace where the heated hydromassage tub is located. From there you can reach the gate to directly access the beach, crossing the part of the garden planted with English lawn. Inside the garden there are tall plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub such as bougainvillea and olive trees. NB: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.

Pool:

Villa Paradiso is equipped with a heated Jacuzzi, built into the terrace and with a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. In addition, its guests can use the services of the Cala Corallina residential complex, namely a 23 x 10 m swimming pool divided into an adult area, with a depth ranging from 1.20 m to 3.00 m, and a 40 cm deep area for children. The large swimming pool is covered in Bisazza mosaic and filled with salt water. The swimming pool is equipped with a lifeguard, furnished with sun loungers and is available from the beginning of July to mid-September. Guests can also use the "Club House" located by the pool to organize dinners and parties. The pool area and the entire park of the complex can be easily reached on foot and allows guests to also take splendid walks.

Animals: On request. €30.00 per animal per week.
